Missed Appointments and Cancellation Policy
24 hour advance notice is required when canceling or rescheduling an appointment.
Our late cancellation and no show policies are not an attempt to “profit” from you, but it helps us make sure our scheduling and customer service experience is smooth for you and all our guests.
With the exceptions listed below, any appointment cancelled less than 24-hours in advance is subject to a 50% cancellation fee (including gift certificates and packages)
Any appointment that is a “no show” is subject to 100% of all the scheduled services (including gift certificates).
Last Minute Exceptions
Last minute cancellations and/or no shows that can be documented, will have the ability to immediately rebook. If you’ve suffered an injury or have become suddenly ill, we’ll do our best to get you back in as soon as you are able. If you’ve been advised by your healthcare provider to avoid facials or massages due to pregnancy, we will honor your packages when you’ve been given the OK to come back in.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened or rescheduled in order to accommodate on-time guests.
Gift Certificates
Gift certificates sales should be treated as cash. All sales are final.
Gift certificates can’t be refunded or exchanged for any reason.
Gift certificates are for salon and spa services only.
Gift certificates are non-transferable.
Salon Facial Package
Salon Facial Packages should be treated as cash. All sales are final.
Salon Facial Packages cannot be refunded or exchanged for any reason.
Salon Facial Packages are non-transferable.
Salon Facial Packages should be used within 4 to 8 weeks apart.
Cancellation policy is the same as above.
